About Julie

Hi there. I am pleased to have the opportunity to share some about my path and training so you can know me better. 

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW, intuitive, energy worker and spirit channel.

In deciding if I might be a good fit for you as a practitioner I want to share some of my beliefs with you. 

∞I believe that you are divine and deserve abundance in all areas of your life  simply because you are. 

∞I believe that healing can and should be fun. 

∞I believe that you are fully capable of creating the life you want.  

∞I believe that we can heal from anything! 

∞I believe that we call experiences and opportunities into our lives at the right and perfect time for ourselves. 

If you are reading this then congratulations because you have manifested this experience and you are ready to shift your consciousness and create something new in your life!  Perhaps this will be working with me or perhaps I am simply your reminder of how amazingly capable you are of changing your life for the better.

Watching lives transform for the better has been one of the greatest honors of my life.  My personal and professional lives have always involved children and their families, playing, the earth, spirituality, and music.  In particular, I am a big fan of the fairy and angel realms and use their communications with me in my healing practice.  As an empath, medium, sensitive and clairvoyant I appreciate that each of us has our own gifts and we are ready to examine and embrace them at the right perfect timing.  Perhaps this is your perfect time?  While I regularly and joyfully converse with the spirit realm, I am also well trained and experienced in the more Western practice of social work/psychoanalysis.

My undergraduate work was completed at Pacific University, where I triple majored in psychology, sociology and social work.  During school I worked as a peer counselor and a rape victim advocate for Washington County and continued the advocacy work after finishing school.  I then worked in a residential treatment facility counseling children and adolescents with severe emotional and behavioral challenges.  My residential training inspired my love for play therapy, as so many of these children and teens were only able to move forward in their healing by way of this modality.  Plus, play therapy is fun and healing doesn't have to be all hard work!  Yes, adults can use this method too.

I attended Portland State University and received my Masters in Social Work and continued to work with children, teens, families and adults with issues including trauma and abuse, addictions, body image issues, attachment disorders, ADHD/ADD, depression, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, anxiety disorders, behavioral challenges, and divorce.  I again returned to residential therapy for many years focusing on play therapy while working with children and their families.  Helping parents gain new skills and watching kids and families heal has been a blessing for me.

Life called for a change and I left residential treatment and began working as a pediatric medical social worker in an orthopedic hospital.  Here my work, for over 8 years, addressed grief and loss regarding medical challenges, and any other mental health needs or problems the children or their families presented.  I also provided individual therapy for adults during this time focusing on wellness, trauma recovery, and spiritual development.

Now, I blend my years of clinical experience with consciousness shifting tools including my clairvoyance, knowledge of the brain and meditation, spiritual concepts, quantum play and so much more!

My great love of spirituality has also provided the opportunity for me to teach dream classes and energy work for the last several years.  I studied under a Cherokee Elder for years and draw upon these teachings and my love and connection to the Earth in my work.  At this same time I also worked with, and still do, an amazing clairvoyant with extensive training and experience to further develop my own physic gifts.   I also completed a 2 year teacher training in Medical Qigong through the Ling Gui International Qigong School and am certified in 4 Qigong practices to teach others.  I am a certified Access Consciousness™  Bars Facilitator, Energetic Facelift Practitioner, PSYH-K Practitioner, Matrix Energetics Practitioner, DEH Practitioner and Sacred Activations Advanced Practitioner, Sacred Light Energy Healer Practitioner, Ease Method Practitioner Student and more. These modalities shift states of consciousness thus shift your reality to one that you choose!

I enjoy bringing these spiritual aspects of my teachings into the work I do as a practitioner.  I especially enjoy helping others open to their own clairvoyance and inner power.  Many people have had little support in this area of their life and often come to counseling or for a reading in an attempt to have validation and support as they begin to examine their own gifts.
